Return and cancellation policy
You can return or exchange all products that meet the return conditions within 45 working days after receipt of delivery together with the invoice or delivery note. You can indicate your request on the form on the invoice or on the back of the delivery note. The return period for Air Cook products is 90 days. If the product deviates from the information on the product page, is damaged or defective, you can return or exchange the product without shipping costs with the agreed transport company. Returns with another transport company, at the expense of the recipient, will not be accepted. Used or damaged packaged products will not be accepted. For orders invoiced on behalf of a company, the company must issue a refund invoice. Shipments without a refund invoice will not be accepted. If the received product contains a small number of broken parts (maximum 5 parts), they will be replaced if you take a photo of the broken parts in one frame and submit the order number together with the description of the broken part via the online request form. Deliveries with damaged packaging must be returned without accepting the goods, by filling out a report in the presence of the courier. After receipt of your product in our company, it will be checked within 10 working days and if it meets the return conditions, a refund or exchange will be made.
Warranty conditions
The purchased product is under the company's warranty and if a defect occurs in the product over time, you must immediately contact the manufacturer of the product. You must keep the warranty certificate and the invoice. For some products, the warranty certificate is on the packaging, and for some products, it is in the packaging. In case of loss of the warranty certificate, the respective brand will not send an additional warranty certificate. By contacting our customer service by e-mail or telephone, you can receive the lost invoice from our company. If a defect is found during the first use of the received product, you must contact the customer service of the respective product brand to inquire about the nearest service point and return the product together with the "SERVICE EXCHANGE FORM" issued by the manufacturer's customer service. Otherwise, the shipment will not be accepted and the product will be returned to you.
What is the right of withdrawal?
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act No. 6502 ("Act"), buyers have the right to return products without giving any reason within 14 days from the delivery date "without shipping costs". This Act applies to all companies.
How is the right of withdrawal exercised?
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform the seller within 14 days from the delivery date that he wants to return the product. After receiving the buyer's request, the seller is obliged to take back the product within 10 (ten) days at the latest and to refund the product and shipping costs without any costs for the buyer. When returning the product to the seller, the original invoice that was given to the buyer must also be returned. If there is a section on the invoice to fill in the reason for the return, this section must be filled in and the invoice must be signed by the buyer and returned together with the product. The Consumer Protection Act No. 6502 came into force on 28/05/2014. For products purchased before 28/05/2014, the Consumer Protection Act No. 4077 applies. According to this law, buyers have the right to return products within 7 days from the delivery date without giving any reason by invoking the right of withdrawal, "without paying shipping costs". The valid period for return requests outside the terms of the right of withdrawal is 30 days.
How does the right of withdrawal and return periods for electronic products apply?
For the return of electronic products within the framework of the "right of withdrawal", the original packaging of the purchased product must not be damaged and all accessories must be sent along with the invoice. In case of non-compliance, the return request will be rejected. If the packaging of products that must be installed by customer service outside of the service has been opened or if the installation was carried out outside of the service, a return will be rejected. For returns of 14 to 6 months, which fall outside the periods of the right of withdrawal, the product must be sent to the technical service and a decision for a return must be made by the service. For product returns within the framework of the right of withdrawal, the sellers are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Even if buyers return the products for personal reasons, they have the right to return the products without shipping costs.
